Customers who post a phone to us for repair will only be required to pay for return postage costs if we are unable to repair the phone, or nothing if you decide to simply recycle your unreparable handset.

How to pack your phone before sending it to us:
1. Take out your simcard and keep it safe, as this is not needed to repair your phone.
2. Fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
3. Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.
4. Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your completed and signed Order Form
5. We recommend you send your phone Recorded or Special Delivery.
